The ban options as to limit and reason appears when I bring up a User via the CP and check the ban box, however, when I do it via the Edit User from within their User Profile, the ban limit and reason options do not appear when the ban box is checked.
Is this a bug?

Hmm, can't duplicate this here. Do you get any type of javascript error when the options don't show up?

It's seems to be a browser issue.
It works OK when using Firefox, but not when using IE7.
I normally do CP stuff using Firefox, and the other using IE7.

I noticed this too with IE7
I just click Member is Banned? box in the CP Members Permissions.
Then left click your mouse anywhere on that screen and all the options and comments become available.
Seems another IE7 Qwerk. It works as expected in FF2
BOOM !! Version v7.6.1.1 People who inspire me Isaac ME Gizmo

Ok, need to change the event from an onchange() to onclick(). You can edit your templates/default/admin/showuser.tmpl file. Look for onchange, and change that to onclick. That will allow it to work in IE as well.
