Characters not showing up on post but fine on preview.

This shows up on preview - èèèèè but not on the posts.
They are blank. I am on a test 7.1 forum.
What do I need to adjust?

Have you changed the language character set at all? It may a matter of changing the charset to utf-8.

Where can I find it please?

It will be in your generic.php language file. If it's english, then it would be languages/english/generic.php, the $ubbt_lang['CHARSET'] setting.

So I need to change "iso-8859-1"; to "utf-8'"; ?
