Hi
I'm helping someone out who's using your software. She is having a couple of problems. 1. The templates do not appear to be displaying properly. Is it possible to get copies of the original templates to restore? 2. I'm able to set up a Poll, but it won't display?
What's happening is that I'm getting check boxes and select boxes but the some of the check boxes are missing the descriptive text and someof the select boxes are missing their content. I'm assuming a problem with the templates but at first glance they appear to be ok.
Would really appreciate some advice!
Thanks in advance.

1. The templates do not appear to be displaying properly. Is it possible to get copies of the original templates to restore? These would be available in the install archive the user had downloaded; additionally this exists in the members area for them to download at any time (assuming they have current member area access).

I believe that your #2 is related to your #1 should something in the templates be b0ged (or say if they installed any hacks/addons to their forum which could be messing something up)

Hi I've been looking for an archive directory on my hosting site but haven't been able to find one. Nor can I find a Members Area or a configuration to create on in the either the Control Panel or the Board. I'm really new to this software and essentially haven't got a clue . What is the path to the archive? Or, how can I set up the Members Area temporarily so that I can get access to the archived templates? Thanks so much for your help, really appreciate it!

This is the type of error message appearing the error log on the hosting site:
[15-Apr-2007 14:19:32] PHP Warning: main(languages/english/includepoll.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/psychop/public_html/ubbthreads/includepoll.php on line 28

Actually I've figured it out. Apparently their site was hacked a few months ago. I discovered header and other files missing. Have asked her to get the Host site to restore her files from before the Hack.
Thanks anyway for the previous advice

The "archive" would be the original zip file that you downloaded from ubbcentral.com that you installed your forum from.
The member area is where you download files here; with your license number and password.
