Hello next question!
What exactly does Allow Toggle of Markup/HTML in Posts? mean?
We have a few users who want to make the fonts bigger, and I thought that did it but I can't see what changes it makes from the users perspective (ie where do they toggle or whatever? and how do they make the fonts bigger?)
Thanks

They make fonts larger via the full reply page.
As for what this setting means, it allows users to choose weather or not they want to post in HTML/UBB mode or not; like I said in the other thread; likely you'll want this off.

OK thanks. So is there a way that I can allow readers make general fonts bigger?

On the new topic page (or full reply page) there is a dropdown (the tT icon) for font size . This does not show on the Quick Reply box, as it's only geared towards non-formatted posts.
If you're talking about the font for the forum itself, these are set via the style settings.

OK thanks. So is there a way that I can allow readers make general fonts bigger? Gizmo said it above: They make fonts larger via the full reply page. You can't change font size on the Quick Reply window.

Perhaps I did not explain well.
I want to let my users have the chance to increased the size of the fonts GENERALLY - for the whole forums. Not just posts that they make.

Then you'd want to set the font size in the styles that they're using. A lot of users use larger monitors now adays, with lower resolutions; so you may check to see if there is a problem before correcting it (a poll perhaps)

OK I am still perhaps not clear enough I want to SET the font size in styles (as I believe I have), but allow individual users to change font sizes....if they want to.

You can't, short of having a seperate style for the "visually impared" user set at a higher size; then they could change to this style in their preferances.
