In the previous release I could select some text and click the quote button to enclose the selected text in quotes. This is no longer working since installing the 7.1.1.

System: Windows 2003 Server, IIS
Browser: Firefox 2.0.0.3

The quote button was never meant to be able to select text and put it into quotes, this actually was a javascript issue where it allowed you to select text anywhere on the page and it ended up resulting in errors in certain browsers and breaking the text editor completely and forcing the user to reload the page.
