Sorry I'm banking on this topic again. I just have my new version 7.1.1 running open to all users now and the complains of this missing function is getting bigger and bigger. I would say almost 100% of my every day users, the ones who post most, are missing the "last 24 hours posts" "Last 48 hours Posts" "last 7 days posts" on the new forum. They are users that respond in many different topics, all day long and the way to track topics doesn't show the info they are looking for in a topic they may want to respond/check.
Would be any way to have at least a screen showing the last 24 hours posts in the same way it was on version 6.x?
The calling lines were like below, I try to make it work on the new version 7, but it's not: -------------------- <a href="{$config['phpurl']}/dosearch.php?Cat=0&Forum=All_Forums&Words=&daterange=1&newertype=d&newerval=1&Limit=25&fromsearch=1"> {$ubbt_lang['PAST24']} </a> | <a href="{$config['phpurl']}/dosearch.php?Cat=0&Forum=All_Forums&Words=&daterange=1&newertype=d&newerval=2&Limit=25&fromsearch=1"> {$ubbt_lang['PAST48']} </a> | <a href="{$config['phpurl']}/dosearch.php?Cat=0&Forum=All_Forums&Words=&daterange=1&newertype=d&newerval=7&Limit=25&fromsearch=1"> {$ubbt_lang['PAST7']} </a> ---------------------------
Thank you

Active Topics in 7.1 don't use the search system anymore, instead they use their own system. These old links won't work, instead you'll need to use: ubbthreads.php/ubb/activetopics/range/1 ubbthreads.php/ubb/activetopics/range/2 ubbthreads.php/ubb/activetopics/range/7
-or-
ubbthreads.php?ubb=activetopics&range=1 ubbthreads.php?ubb=activetopics&range=2 ubbthreads.php?ubb=activetopics&range=7

Those instruction lines work as expecting, showing the active topics. Is there any similar that will show the posts?

There isn't an "active posts" in 7.0-7.1 (that i know of) however I believe the changelog mentions this addition for 7.2

Did you see all the text of all the threads, or all the text of only the posts made in the last 24 hours? And if you had all the text of all the posts from the last 24 hours, how did your heavy users filter through the stuff they didn't want to read?

Hi Steve, It's all about options. my moderators they have to oversee ALL posts, one by one, so that 24 hours posts are a really good tool The 24 hours topics are good to, but more for the user then for the admin, but I do have many users that like to see all posts so that is good for then too.
