What's the language file name I need to edit in order to change the welcome PM message? I've been looking and opening files and I can't find it. I've also been doing searches here but keep getting the same postings that don't help. I wonder if the "search" feature is working right.

You'll need to edit the adduser language file.

register as a new member.
logout

log in as admin
edit the member you just registered

click on become member

view private message.

Yep, that's how I'd do it alright! The long way! Just hoping there was a quicker path. Thanks.

The shorter way is to publish you private message to a webpage, that will check you have links etc coded correctly and a little faith.

I cant rememeber if the UBB Code works in the private message, well the automated one any way.

Just checked mine and its written in html.
