I've got the location, Internet connection, power, and server capabilities. Now all I need is to figure out how to set up a camera. I want to do live streaming, not frames every 30 seconds. Anyone ever set up a web cam, who can provide some tips or links to more info? This camera will be outdoors. Thanks.

WebcamXP is a really great option, live cam feeds of up to i think 18 cameras... It's honestly one of the better solutions that i've found over the years...

join the club....
I would even settle for something decent at a frame every 30 seconds - in reality I have always found it to be 1 frame every minute or so.

I got mine free  it's a way old build though lol... it's well worth it IMO... If it weren't so hot out i'd host a feed so you could check it out.. but it's 90 out and my ac is on the fritz and i doubt you want to see me laying on the couch in a pair of shorts watching tv lol
