I do have a 'group' of users on my forum that have an special privilegies.
I would like to allow then to use HTML code on my forum, but not members for other groups.
Is there any way to do it?

Currently i think they have to be moderators at the least.

I would not hold my breath on this. You might be able to find / get someone to assist you to modify your own code from the Dev site.

However there is talk of revamping the permissions in 7.3 so that is a good sign you might be able to get control that way.
