A lot of these virus scanners detect threats based on several things; some of them are as anal as to detect by filesize and type...
so if you have a file that's say 23k with the extension ".js" and a similar name to something in its bank, it'll flag it as a virus.
They can detect by "signature" which will check mainly filesize, name, extensions, etc; I highly doubt your site has a "trojan" in a javascript file... You should however open the file in notepad and see if, by any chance, there is anything "not kosher" with the file; though again, i highly doubt there is anything wrong here other than an anal retentive virus scanner.

Well I just visited the page displayed on his screenshot and didn't have any problems.
I'm using McAfee SecurityCenter with a bought license. As you know, AVG is freeware and is a very poor antivirus alternative. It probably overcompensates by flagging up trivial things as Gizmo highlighted.

I'm using McAfee and IE - no warnings. And McAfee is VERY picky.

No virus in over a year of being without. System runs much faster without it. Got spyware a couple times from Russian sites, but a quick restore of system state and a reboot and it's back to normal as though nothing ever happened. Piece of cake.

Not really. No automated e-mail application to spam with WSH, all data is on another drive (that gets backed up) The OS has a Ghost image so what is living dangerous?
Even if I did get one, nothing a quick re-Ghost won't fix, or a restore of files on external drive.
Been running this way for over a year and unless something completely new comes along to thwart my normal day to day operation I don't see me using it any time soon.
One time I spent 3 days downloading spyware, junk on purpose till the system had troulbe even booting. Re-Ghost (less than 5 minutes), hook up external drive - back in business in under 10 minutes. Now days I use a virtual machine though for that type of testing, as there are tweaks that I have to re-apply etc (should quit being lazy and back those up too or script them.)
