I hope that I haven't used up my quota for asking questions...

Is there a way to enter data on the calendar so that:

1 - only the Admin can enter data on the calendar
2 - it is not attached or associated with a post
3 - it is not confined to the users birthday

Well, don't enable the ability for users to post options on the calendar (theres options for admins only, admin's and mods, or everyone).

Then don't enable posting calendar in forums.

Then only post to calendar ON the calendar, you do this by entering the calendar, then clicking "add Event"
