UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? New Member Knocking But No One's Home

I have new members knocking at my door to get in, but i cannot hear them. Or, when a new member signs up, how do I know this other than logging into the control panel? I am using v7.1.1.

The older version that I was using - UBB classic 6.7.3 would send an email to me.

Click "My Stuff" at the top of the forums, then "My Preferences". At the bottom of the page, admins will see "Notify me when a new user registers on the forum.". Choose yes

You would need to upgrade to the current beta release first. This is not an option in 7.1.1 only 7.2 betas+

That feature was not in 7.1
I had the same problem but after upgrading to the BETA 7.2b4 it now is in profiles and works in sending me an email when someone applies

Thanks gliderdad and teamzr1. I just went online with v7.1.1 so I might wait for the polls to close on v7.2b4. I'm of the mindset that "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."
