In newpost.inc.php, beginning at line 345:

	// If this is a gallery forum then we load the newimage.tpl file
	$template = "newpost";
- $template never gets used
- later in the script "template" is set to "newpost", anyway.
- the comment is a misstatement, as there is no newimage.tpl wink
