How to I setup "File Manager" option?

My "File Manager". got problem for showing the JPG files.

Could anyone tell me how to setup it?

It looks like the files may be too large to display inline. Go into:

Display Options > General > Topic Display Options >

Max Size for inline uploaded images

and adjust that number to however large you don't mind images being to display in the topic.

I don't think it works on the older posts, they were handled differently back then.
