Is there a problem with version UBB.threads™ 6.5.4 in sending passwords.
I do not think I have had one member requesting their password that has received it.
Is there a setting I need to check?
My members usually just reregister and I delete their old accounts. TIA Aspen

I am green as grass and appreciate any help.

Not running that version anymore but when I was I don't recall ever having an issue with it.

Basically it should just be using the standard php mailer() function in that version. As long as other emails are going out properly, then those should be working as well. If you have access to the mailserver logs you can watch those as you request a password and see if you can see it send.
