Right now we're able to vote once on a user by rating them anywhere from 1 to 5 stars. My suggestion is that we each get to cast our vote each time we deem their responses helpful or insightful. A good example of this would be Apple's discussion board.
The way this would work is that each post would have a small section at the bottom that would allow users to vote whether or not the post was helpful. The user with the most helpful votes over time would get promoted in rank and privileges.
