It's me again We upgraded to 7.2 last Thursday and since upgrading our users have to login twice (even me!) everytime we visit our forums. Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks! BTW- I really appreciate how helpful everyone here is!:)

I'd make sure you are sticking with either the www in your URL or without the www, depending on what you specified to use in your Control Panel. Shifting back and forth could cause that. I had that problem while running an upgrade.

I was thinking this harold, but she uses a subdomain, and I highly doubt people are accessing it as www.forums.canadianparents.ca (at least I hope not); but it could be a cause if they where for whatever reason... I generally recommend against using subdomains for content on your site, as it robs your search engine ranking for your overall site as subdomains are treated as seperate persauna's

But surely this would not affect the forums as they are on a different domain. Personally I like sub-domains for everything I generally recommend against using subdomains for content on your site, as it robs your search engine ranking for your overall site as subdomains are treated as seperate persauna's Doesn't seem to affect the BBC www.bbc.co.uk / news.bbc.co.uk etc...

noticed that the auto URLing doesn't work on sub-domains - perhaps it needs to recognise .com, co.uk, org.uk etc...
