Hi everyone,

I apologize in advance if this has been posted before but searching turned up nothing specific on this problem.

I am the administrator (not owner so access to Control Panel only) for a recently upgraded UBB.Threads board (from 6.5.1 to 6.5.5). Before the upgrade, I was able to use the 'Become This Member' and 'Send Password' features in Control Panel>Member Management>Edit Profile without issue.

Since the upgrade, all I get is a blank 'Done' page when trying to access either of these features. I've tried it in IE and Firefox without success. I've asked the owner to please look at it but no answer. Can anyone point me to a solution that either I can implement or relay to the owner?

That's pretty hard to say. Are those the only 2 pages that seem to result in the blank page? It's possible that the upgrade wasn't done properly. One of the fixes in that upgrade was a few extra checks on control panel access, so it could be something as a couple files not being updated properly to the latest version.

Other than having to reset a few controls after the upgrade, the upgrade itself went smoothly (except for the fact that the owner did not tell me! ). Quick Reply was off, Search had reset to default, and other very minor items. But yes, the only problems I have now are those two items. Stinks because when a user loses their password and cannot figure out how to use the retrieval process , I was able to step in and fix the problem.

As I do not have access to the config files, could you tell me which files I can point the owner to?

Specifically it sounds like the admin files and probably the admin.inc.php file. All of those were changed in between 6.5.1 and 6.5.5.
