Erratic Widths

I put a custom header and I've never really figured out why the widths of the board vary upon refresh. It's just erratic. If I'm logged out, the widths appear to be the size I specified. If I'm logged in, the widths go wider. Please help. I want the widths to follow my specifications.

Hmm, I'm not seeing any difference between the header width on your site while logged in or logged out. Is it happening on a certain browser maybe? What browser are you currently using?

I think the header in general has some problems. The little tabs in the header look ok on Safari under Windows, but under Firefox and also IE they don't line up with the links at all.
