I've been using the infopop software for quite a few years now (2000). As we are merging our club to a more manageable web-based paying community, I'm looking for the following:

- be able to have Forums for paying members only
- be able to accept payments to access these Forums
- new subscribers should be able to get free access for x weeks
- have yearly subscription notices
- have banners displayed for non-paying members

This would greatly increase the potential and usability of the Forum for us. If anyone would have any suggestions or if the developers would be able to comment, I'd be pleased.

As for having forums for only paying members, you can setup groups that have access or not.

Any payment stuff, timed access, subscription notices has to me made. I don't know if any of this is slated for ubb 7.3, else you would need to ask again at ubbdev.

The banners for non-paying members could be done with the same group stuff. You can create code in the header (or any php insert) to check out the users groups, and display stuff.
