I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this question.
I need advice on which banner rotator program is easy to use, secure and will not use a lot of bandwidth.
I had an old version of phpads. That was hacked and I had to remove the program as 'ordered' by my server 2 years ago.
I am using an old program that is not supported anymore. It only uses gif and jpegs.

Haven't looked around but what about a FLASH rotator for banner. Then allow updates via a file read ?
