Does Ubbthreads work with any subscription or member management system?
Are there any third party scripts that can make this solf grant access to extra forums to subscribers?
Also... 1. can groups be set with no PM permissions? 2. is there a way to grant extra privileges as users post?
Thank you

7.3 will have some (basic) payment processing options (through PayPal); there are currently no integrations with UBB.Threads and any billing software (that I know of).
Not sure what you mean by "extra privelages".

Thanks
Would that be mypaymentpal mod by Josh?
I need something now...
Is there an "easy" way to automatically create / close accounts and log to UBBthreads the users that are in an .htaccess file?
Most billing and member management systems write usernames and passwords to an htaccess file...
Is there a way to open and close accounts on UBBthreads based on users in the htaccess file
I have a script that creates accounts but it does not close them...
I know. I need to go to UBBDev.com for that

what do you mean by 'close the account' ? would you want the account deleted (along with all their posts) ? or the username just banned ?
or what?

No, it'll be a completely "in house" written solution and wouldn't be using the MyPayment Pal mod from threadsdev.
@SD, I believe that he wants to "close" accounts that are unpaid, as to run a completely paid support forum.

hmmm... how can that be done - I think you'd want to put them into a no/less-access group, giving them the opportunity to renew their membership and put them back into an access/paid group.

I'd immagine the user would be in two groups: 1. Users (unpaid) 2. Paid Users
Paid forums would be available only to "paid users" group, and other forums would be open to everyone.
When a user's subscription is up, then they'd be removed from the "paid" group (possibly even added into an "expired" group so they'd see notices of some type)
