All,
I got spider friendly URLs working, but now images on the banner or on the left side of the page are all appearing as broken images. Any ideas?

7.2.2
The images show on the homepage (one in the banner and two on the left). But when you go to any page beyond that, they show a red X.

looks like you are using relative urls.
just change those image links to fully qualified links and you should be good to go.
ie: don't have img src="/images/blabla.jpg" but instead img src="http://muhaha.com/doh/images/blabla.jpg"

Just to explain why this was a problem...
When using Spider Friendly URLs, all URLs are remapped to use "virtual directories" which are parsed through ubbthreads.php. Now when you have images locally linked (without your full URL) the web browser sees them as being within this rewritten path, and they can be loaded with the path. By changing it to use a full path, they load based on what you define is their proper location.
