One of our forum admins does a quiz each year, and each year, my girlfriend dives into it mega full time, and drags me into it. There's only ONE question left, and that is, what tv series does this image come from. It's a christmas episode. Is there anyone here who perhaps knows this

Ok, I watch that show and I didn't get that image...
Grey's Anatomy is like a "decent" version of all of those crap medical drama's (the main character's name is Meridith Grey, hence Grey's Anatomy).

Eternal fame, all the praise from the quizstarter and good luck wishes, and a holiday season souvenir that she'll buy especially for her.
But basicly, it's just about having the top spot. Her quizes each year are excellent, and take many many hours to complete. Did I say hours? I meant days.
