I'm using Rick's style for this forum and alterating the colors to suit my site. I've been successful on all counts except for the alt-2 properties. This - I believe - is where the columns alternate from white to the pale blue to differentiate one column from the next. I'm guessing this is set with the alt-2 color properties in General CSS Properties. I'm starting to think that it is not alt-2 properties at all, but rather needs to be updated directly in the text file as it is an embedded part of the style not controllable through control panel. Is that the case?

if it's the category / forum (cfrm), then there is a section to allow you to specifically set each columns css stuff smile

Forum list. For example, if you click "forums" at the top of this page you'll go to the index. On the index the columns alternate from pale blue to white. Forums is blue, threads is white, posts is blue, last post is white. Within the control center I cannot successfully change the background color of the pale blue boxes. I presumed - i think incrorrectly - that these were the alt-2 properties in the control panel under General CSS Properties. This is where I'm trying to make that change and failing to do so.

then it's the categories / forum summary section, where you set the column colors.
