Is there a possibility for a mod to read user's pms, in any way?
This hasn't happened, just wondering..

If not, I guess it's possible with some modifications?
Or at least the admin is able to read them?
btw, no need to know how, just if it's possible...

Not me specificly, just an administrator or mod on any forum..
I don't think it's possible in 'one click', but those pm's are saved in the database, I assume.. and thus readable if you have the rights?

You can only read PMs if you have access to the SQL database or you can log in as that user.

You can read PM's also if they are sent to you

An admin can login as a user from the CP without needing their password, so yes, and admin can read pm's.

Of course if a user has set their options to email PM's and their emails bounce you also get them....
Also when someone replies to the admin instead of via the forums....
