Sorry I could not find a better place to ask. How can I find how many months/years I still have on my license for download on Members Area? I did the renew, but could not find the next expiration date.
Thank you

I think the actual expiration date is listed in the members area when you click license review under Member area access?[i]. I can't check for you since we own a gold license and it just says [i]Yes: Lifetime Access.

I can't check for you since we own a gold license and it just says [i]Yes: Lifetime Access. I was hopping something like that too, but when clicking there it only shows the login information again. Nothing about my own license... And it's not necessary 12 months. I bought 5 years license and I do not have the disinformation when with me now, but my guess is that info should be on the infopop site somewhere...

There is something in small print on top of the screen that says "License review". You clicked that yet?

Your licence is for life - if you renew your support/download agreement, then this lasts for 12 months.

There is something in small print on top of the screen that says "License review". You clicked that yet? Yes, click that and then it is detailed next to "Member Area Access?". That also depends on how much time you currently have on your existing license before you renew. My license was due in January but I renewed it in September so I than had a license for 16 months.

true - but then not many people would renew before their renewal time is up. But maybe I am wrong.

Yes but I bet most people aren't aware that you can do this and miss out on any offers that are available.

Actually, so long as your email is active (the one you provide on your license) you should have gotten an email about the sale...

I enter members area, click on the small link 'License Review' and this is what I got: ---------------- The Member Area contains all available downloadable versions for your UBB, including upgrades. In addition, you may review and update your license information in this area.
Please note that when you first purchase a license, you receive one year of free access to the Member Area. After that free year, however, you must purchase an annual subscription in order to continue to have access. You can purchase access renewals online.
On March 30, 2006, we combined UBB.classic and UBB.threads licenses. That means that we now have one Member Area that contains downloads for both products. ---------------------------
As you can see, there is no date information on that page. Any other place I can check it?
Thank you

No... we already pass March 30 2007 and I still logging there... that is just an informational date when UBB combine the licenses. Actually, my license should still good for 3 or 4 years and one day I will dig my zillions of e-mails and will find exactly when I did it, but I thought would be an easy way to find it there... looks like it's not. Not a big deal...

It should show on the "review license" link; for me it displays that it doesn't expire as I'm gold... I'd assume it'd show it there.

If you have a gold license, it will just display: Member Area Access? YES: never expires (Gold License)
I believe that if you have a "non gold" license it should say something like: Member Area Access? YES: [expiration date] (license type)

When you log into the member area click the License Review link as Gizzy mentioned. That should show you the expiration date.

Just an FYI for the Groupee staff, this link doesn't show when your license has expired... Which is useful for say, I donno, keeping your URL/Address/EMail current ...
