I have my board set with a 60 minute limit for editing posts. I assumed that 60 minutes started when they hit the submit button, but it appears that it starts as soon as they click on the New Topic button, or the reply button.

Does anyone know for sure when this timer starts its countdown?

It should be X amount of time once the post is submitted...
