UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums General Suggestions and Feedback [suggest] Make "Show User's Posts" more blog-like

It's said that UBBT will have a blog feature , but now it seems won't be available in 7.3.
(But my users are eager for that feature )

I have a suggestion , that making "Show user's posts" more blog-like.

When clicks somebody's posts (/ubbthreads.php/ubb/userposts/id/nnnnn.html) , it will have two options , maybe default to current style , just post lists . But another style will show the contents (well , maybe some header lines of the content). When clicking "more" , it enters tree mode of the thread.

This makes it more blog-like , and users will have a stronger motivation to make his "page" more informative , constructive , self-promotive ...

There is no data structure change , hoping this feature can be implemented.

Interesting suggestion... I believe 7.4 will have blog features, and hopefully the profile page will take advantage of that (along with 'recent photos' etc.)

I'd like the url extension for the showprofile page to use the user's public name too, not the user number

or:

https://www.ubbcentral.com/forums/ubbthreads.php/users/AllenAyres

instead of:

https://www.ubbcentral.com/forums/ubbthreads.php/users/303.html

Well, it's easy allen; the other items use the post number when showing the name in the url; so it'd be ubbthreads/users/number/303/AllenAyres.html
