Right click and click properties. Is the URL correct? Click view image. Do you get a permissions error? Or a 404?
Your answer will pretty much tell you which you need to fix.

The url is correct. http://www.softrak.com/ubbthreads/images/avatars/. The image isn't in the avatar folder. The write permissions are good. It's still showing a broken image?

Have you assigned a directory/folder for user avatars?
Control Panel / Membership / Profile Settings / Avatars

Since you moved, the path to the avitar directory is likely wrong now.
