I'm looking for information on how to block website access (myspace, youtube, etc.) from within a M$ network (specifically MS SBS 2003). Info is a bit sparse on the net. crazy

Squid Proxy Server would be one good free way.

You could also do redirects by changing their local HOSTS file to redirect to your own internal Website that gives them a warning message about not using such sites during work.

Thank you smile I may check out Squid.

Our linksys router has a section in the config where we can block sites, but it only works sometimes. But when it does... if trying to go to any site on the list they just automatically get a blank page. Right now I'm just blocking the usual suspects: myspace, youtube, facebook, etc.
