If you open up any of the scripts on the server, at the top of the script you should see a header section, with some comments. That should have the version # if it's fairly recent.

If you don't see it there, then you might find it in your config.inc.php file.

But how can i know the version before i buy UBB.threads and get a server?

Not sure what you mean by your question, but the latest version is 7.2.2 with 7.3 in the final stages of beta testing.

You simply download the latest version from the members area once purchased.

Incidentally the version number is always displayed on every threads page by hovering over the copyright information on an active forum.

So isn't it possible to know the version before i buy UBB.threads?

When you purchase UBB.Threads, you get the latest public version. Now that is version 7.3.

If you look at the website homepage, the top left column header shows the current version.
