How can I disable the feature that allows them to change thier password in the "My Profile" page? I need this to be Administrator controlled only please.

Why would you not want a user able to change their password? That sounds insanely insecure as if their password got leaked out they'd have no way of securing things themselves...

They are clients that pay for a service (that their parents control). They are nto to have any way to change their password unless their parents are involved. Once that paperwork is taken, then the passwords are changed. Thsi was a featuere in Class 6.7.3 we used very well over 6 years and had no problems.

So is there a way to do this?

hmm... that used to be an option, maybe it was in .classic. I don't see it as an option now, would need to be a modification.
