UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads Version 7/8 Support Forums are all showing up even though Guest Access Denied

Hello,

Whena guest visits the home page they can see a list of all forums as well as the last postin each forum. I set each forum to no access for Guests. Why are they still showing up. I am guessing there must be a setting I am missing somewhere. Your help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Travis

What version are you using? I haven't had that issue, unless my forum permissions aren't correct.

I figured out that when Teaser is enabled it even shows them to Guests. It would be nice to have a way of not showing these up at all - Guest - No Access.

I think that's a bug.
Or was a bug that was fixed?

What version are you using

7.2.2

Is it sub forums?
As i found this also.

All forums - under all categories.

IT's how it's supposed to work; the Teaser option displays the info of the last post in that forum to everyone, regardless of what their perms are... The fix? Turn off teaser forums.

Okey Dokey.
