Hi,

i have a problem with the import from 6.5.5 to 7.2
This is my Upgrade Route.

- Install 7.2 in new directory "forums" (6.5.5. still in directory ubb)
- Install procedure succesfull (no create admin user)
- File threads_import.php copied to dir importers
- File brought in browser "http://www....de/forums/importers/threads_import.php"

Error in browser.
Fatal error: Class 'html' not found in /home/www/doc/19481/........de/www/forums/importers/threads_import.php on line 74

Hmm, not too sure. Looks like you followed all of the right steps up to this point. Might need you to open up a support ticket so I can FTP in and take a look.

i've just had this same error.

upgrading from 7.2. -> 7.3

all files copied to relevant locations, permissions checked, run upgrade, and error appears:

Fatal error: Class 'html' not found in /var/www/vhosts/jakchat.com/httpdocs/forums/install/upgrade.php on line 64

Probably not the best fix but I just added:

require_once("../libs/html.inc.php");

after the other requires.

at this stage, however, i'm inclined to wait for 7.3.1

It will be the fix; the stuff was split into seperate areas in 7.3
