UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads Version 7/8 Support How do I... get rid of mention of subscriptions?

For the time being we won't be taking up the functionality of subscriptions, and I don't want mention of it on our forum when I upgrade. Is there a setting (that I haven't found yet) that will take out all mention of "Subscriptions" in My Stuff etc?

Thanks

Change

to

in html.inc.php

OK thanks - can you talk me through that just a bit please so I can understand what is going on

it just removes that link by commenting out the line that includes the link..

you could also just put a // in front of the line to comment it out too..

so go to libs dir and open html.inc.php, find that line and comment it out

ideally, that line should be a conditional UNTIL the 1st subscription is created by the admin..

Agree on the conditional bit

Thanks

OK that worked thank you... .but just on the left hand side My Stuff... Subscriptions still appears on the top menu drop down.... is there a way to get rid of it there as well please?

Thank you
