I'm not really sure where to post this but.... I sent in an official support request for a few quite important issues on my live site and have not heard anything back yet. Can someone give me an idea of how long it will take to get a response? Thank you!

I believe business hours start at 8a at groupee. As none of us work for groupee, i wouldn't be able to tell...

My guess is that tickets are done in the order they are received, with priority for those who have paid for a higher level of support.
However as Gizmo said, we do not work for Groupee, but I am sure they will respond to you as soon as possible.

Well I have the 5 year License with 3 hours of advanced support included (via online support ticket system), so I would hope soon.
