How do I disable cache on a custom portal box?

I added the My Stuff links as a box and want the link to user posts to work correctly.

Unfortunately, I can only get the box to be static, or cached between user's. So either the link always stays the same, or is for the wrong user most of the time.

Any ideas?

Best way to do this is have some PHP code in the portal box to generate the links, so they are generated each time the box is displayed using that user's current USER_ID.

The code in the box grabs the id from $myinfo, which works just fine. Except that the output is cached. So the php code isn't run everytime.
