I doubt that this is a bug, per se, so please move it to the correct forum if need be. In some of my forums, the table color that is at the top of my forums appears in the fields for topics. Not too sure what you mean, but this sounds more like an issue with your stylesheet.

Edit your stylesheet, the new classes aren't set; simply edit the post list sections and click the copy link on all of the sections listed, then submit; it should be somewat sane now.

Now I have another issue! Yikes! We encountered a problem. The reason reported was Script: Line#: SQL Error: Too many connections SQL Error #: 1040 Query: Unable to connect to the database!
