I have only just started looking at this page - nice.

Question;
2nd column is "Username"

While the vast majority are the admins/mods once or twice some other usernames also appear in this column - even though they don't have any mod permissions.

Things like delete post and mailing a thread.

Would I be right in presuming that these just mean that they are the people taking those actions on the forums ie. nothing suspicious going on re control panel.

yes, you are correct...

a user sometimes deletes their last post. if there are no replies, they can do it..

so it gets logged
