Moderators can not get control panel link to approve moderated posts unless I give them access to the entire control panel which I won't do. So, how do mods approve posts without searching all the threads for new posts?
It's my experiance that if they have ability to moderate in that section, and have the selection for email on posts they moderate checked in their settings then they will get an email and be able to do such. See below for where, so you can show them.. the path is mystuff, preferences
