I need to get Version 7.0 so I can fix my forums. Since this was hand me down software/program from the previous web manager, she never gave me the installation files for the forums.

Where can I download 7.0 ?

It's no longer available. You might open a support ticket with Rick and see if anything can be done, otherwise you can either contact the previous owner regarding access/files or purchase a membership to have access to current files (7.3.1).

I'd first contact the former owner, then open a support ticket if that doesn't work.
