Make more directories in files/

$ ls | wc -l
12936

I have 12936 files in the files/ directory , totally 816MB+
So many files in one directory may hurt performance.
Modern web applications should split these files in more directories , by index , by alphabet ...etc.

I hope future ubbthreads be able to incorporate this feature.

Normally I'd vote "forum id", but moving threads would cause that to be a no go; not sure how alphabet would work either...

Open to sugguestions, but overall I do like the idea...

I am a Web Development Contractor, I do not work for UBBCentral. I have provided free User to User Support since the beginning of these support forums.
