ladybug_mom journeyman Joined: May 2007 Posts: 52 NB, Canada	I have a moderator that just got a new Blackberry and she keeps getting a UBB error every time she tries to log in. I use my iPod Touch without any difficulties. Is there anything I can do to help her? I'm assuming it's the settings on her end? Cara- Community Producer at: Canadian Parents.com Message Boards

I can access the UBB just fine from a PSP for what its worth I am a Web Development Contractor, I do not work for UBBCentral. I have provided free User to User Support since the beginning of these support forums. Do you need Forum Install or Upgrade Services?
