The host from which you are accessing the board is not recognized as a valid host. This is more than likely related to a firewall issue that is blocking the referer variable. Check your firewall settings and try again.

No your not running Norton 360 or yes you are running it but have not made any changes to it?
Every time I have this problem on my message board it is always the same thing, when the user turns off Norton 360 then everything is fine again. Some thing in the xhthl makes Norton angry.

If you're using anything that prevents the referer variable from being passed to the forum, and you have the REFERER check enabled in the control panel, then this error message will pop up.
