UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 7 Version 7 Support how to display forms for guest users

I have migrated my UBB classic to UBB threads. When I am browsing the ubbthreads.php it is asking for the User Name and Password and not displaying the forms to the guest users.

How the forms can be displayed for the guest users who were not registered?

You need to allow guests to post if you are wanting them to see the forms - is that what you mean?

Or do you mean that you want guests to be able to read threads but not post?

You need to enable guest access by entering 1 in the Guest options here:

CP > Forum Permissions > Can See Forum > Guest [1]
CP > Forum Permissions > Can Read Topics > Guest [1]

Work through the options and anything that you don't want guests to have access to enter 0.

He might of made a typo forms vs forums.

Read rights is enough to see a forum
