7.3.1

One of my moderator can't delete topics in his own board.
Norton Bulletin Board
I have tried to find out why, Copied other boards permissions,
He is set as moderator for that board
Even when I set so moderators can edit/delete any topics posts
he still can't delete but other moderators can
I set it back so they can't delete any posts anymore.

He can perform the other three things such as move the topic under the "Manage Topics" tab..

any clue what might be wrong?
I can as admin delete on his board.

A second question.
Should it be possible to delete a single post within a thread as moderator?
It was in the classic but I can only see thati's possible to delete whole threads.

Click the edit button on that post then you can delete just that post.

The moderator only see these choices
