I am sure the board has set a Custom Island Insert .
In the post_side.tpl , there do include
Code
{if $smarty.section.post.iteration == 1}
{$island_insert}
{/if}
in the tail.
BUT it just not shown....
It is very strange....

There is a also a setting in the permission matrix whether or not to show that island to a user.

So you can choose to hide the island for paying members.
