Do you have all of the files and directories in the libs/ directory uploaded? The installer hasn't actually changed since 7.0 came out.

Hello Rick, yes is all of the files and directories in the libs/ directory uploaded Server is Nas Server QNAP TS-509 Pro http://www.qnap.com/de/pro_detail_feature.asp?p_id=104on UBBT 7.3 there were no such problems Nettomo

For anyone following along, this one is related to the include_path in php.ini not having the . included as well. So it doesn't look in the current directory by default for any includes.

In php.ini you're looking for a line that has this:
include_path = "/etc/config/php"
You'll need to change that, to this:
include_path = ".:/etc/config/php"
After the change, you'll probably need to restart your webserver as well.

You could also fix the include_path just for your forums directory by adding an .htaccess file in your root forum directory:
php_value include_path ".:/etc/config/php"
Probably be better to fix it in php.ini however since you have access to it.
