I have a problem with a thread that the last post acc. to the "Post"-column is not shown.

We only see the thread up to one post just before (Mon Sep 08 2008 11:38 PM):

If you click the last one directly (Tue Sep 09 2008 02:23 AM) through the "Post"-column on the forum topic list, then you get there:

This way i also noticed something peculiar, that might give a hint:

Below that post from user "Pergor" the listing claims it would be on page 71 of 70 (!).

So the topic index might have been corrupted or something?

Is there any solution to that by e.g. compact the database?

With 7.4 that rebuilder is builtin:

/forum/admin/dorebuildcontent.php?mode=forums

"Select this option if you notice something wrong with the statistics of a forum. This includes having the wrong post marked as the most recent, or if the total topics or total posts fields do not correctly denote the contents of the forum."

You can try:

REPAIR TABLE ubbt_FORUMS

in your database tools section, but it may not help much. Clear cache afterwards.
